As a Certified Wedding and Event Planner I know that the most important day for a couple is their wedding day; for that reason I will listen to my clients’ needs, work with them and will give them my undivided attention in order to make their dream come true. EGM Wedding & Event Planner is a bridal and event company that provides complete planning services for your special event. Company services include weddings, budget planning, etiquette, receptions, as well as full service referral to engagement rings, customized wedding gown and veils, hair and makeup artist, florists, musicians, DJ, venues, etc.

First Meeting

The initial contact will be made by phone or email. If the contact is done over the phone, during the conversation I will ask client’s name, best contact number and who refer them. I will check my agenda and will try to adjust my time to their convenience in order to meet in person. I will request to bring some pictures of their dream wedding to the meeting in order to get a better idea about their style. For clients who are not able to meet face to face there is the option of using Face time, Tango or Skype. For clients that contact me through email I will ask the same information that I normally do over the phone and based on this information, I will call them back personally in order to set a time to meet personally.

This meeting will be held at a local Starbucks or other similar café. I would encourage the bride to invite her fiancé, in case he need to be involved in the decision making.  Before we start the meeting I will offer something to eat or drink and the cost would be covered by me. I will have the bridal questionnaire on hand for the client to complete and from there we will touch on subjects such as: when are they getting married, budget, number of guest and location. We also need to know about their expectations, themes, likes and dislikes.
